Revenue Operations & Executive Assitant

As part of the operations team, I handle bookkeeping, manage leads through HubSpot, and stay on top of follow-ups and meetings to keep everything running efficiently and on schedule.

Can you tell us a bit about your work and what your day to day looks like?

My day is usually packed with meetings, bookkeeping, follow-ups, and managing leads in HubSpot. It’s a mix of structure, coordination, and a lot of communication to make sure everything stays organized and moving forward.

What are you currently excited about for the next year?

I’m excited about new opportunities to scale up, grow my skills, and keep moving forward in my career.

What can we catch you doing outside of work?

I never leave my house without my laptop! You’ll probably find me at the beach, answering emails and enjoying the view.

What has been the highlight working at founders arm/your client so far?

The highlight has definitely been the strong leadership and positive energy—both from Founders Arm and the clients. It makes every project feel like a team effort.

Work-life balance?
I’ve traveled a lot in my life, but so far, nothing compares to the sunsets in my hometown, Oran. They are simply the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.
Being Algerian means being part of an endless history and culture. I belong to the Kabyle tribe, the first tribe in North Africa. In this picture, I’m wearing our traditional dress with pure silver jewelry. The colors and designs are a proud symbol of who we are.

Work-life balance?
