Can you tell us a bit about your work and what your day to day looks like?

Well if i had to describe my work, I would 100% say I’m a swiss army knife. My day starts off with screening candidates from the campaigns we have launched, sending them to our ATS system, filtering them and scheduling calls with them. Then afterwards I assess their fits based on out clients pipeline to see which candidate would fit which client.

What are you currently excited about for the next year?

I am super excited for the more years to come, either from a growth perspective or learning one as well. The hardest thing for me was believing in myself so whenever I come across challenges my brain just goes full of shield mode and i push myself. I am also super excited to travel the world and get to meet our team once again

What can we catch you doing outside of work?

You would definitely either find me playing video games COD, starting a new storymode game or tuning into my favorite hobby of mine “making music”. I have been making music since I was 12. If anything a good coffee outside with my friends does the job :)

What has been the highlight working at founders arm/your client so far?

My growth so far has been incredible, nothing has shaped me more than working at Founders Arm. The things I learned, the mistakes I made and the challenges I overcame can never be bought. From working as a personal assistant managing the CEO inbox to me leading a whole department… It was never on my bingo card but I’m forever grateful for it.
