As Marketing Assistant Manager at Cal AI, I lead a team of nine assistants and manage the company’s Instagram and TikTok presence. My role centers on guiding the team, keeping campaigns organized, and ensuring goals are achieved with creativity and precision.

Can you tell us a bit about your work and what your day to day looks like?

I work as a Marketing Assistant Manager, where I guide a team of nine assistants and make sure everything runs smoothly. I also manage Cal AI’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, handle messages and negotiations, and respond to customer inquiries. My role is a mix of creativity, problem-solving, and team coordination, which keeps every day exciting.

What are you currently excited about for the next year?

Professionally, I’m looking forward to continuing my growth with Cal AI and taking on new challenges. On a personal note, I’m excited to work toward more stability in my life—and hopefully reach my goal of buying a car this year!

What can we catch you doing outside of work?

In my free time, I love doing nails (it started as a side gig but now feels like a hobby). I also enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and saying yes to new activities whenever I can.

What has been the highlight working at founders arm/your client so far?

The highlight for me has been the chance to grow with Cal AI. I started as a Marketing Assistant and worked my way into a Manager role. The culture we’ve built as a young team is something I really value. I’m thankful to Founders Arm for giving me the space to grow, and I truly appreciate Rayyan’s mentorship—as well as Kholoud and the team’s constant support.
