I've always wanted this to be bigger than an agency.

Founders arm started one year ago as a simple idea — help startups hire in a way that hadn't been done before.

What i didn't see, were the oppurtunities that would come as a result of this.

We became the hiring partner for some of the fastest growing companies as they scaled to millions in revenue.

Unlocked verticals (engineering/paid/video) to be a full stack recruitment firm.

And built networks in countries where 1000's of people are applying to be a part of the team.

But this is still the tip of the iceberg. There's so much yet to do.

And so over the next few years, I have a few takeaways of what i want the company to achieve:

• Continue to change how startups can hire incredible talent to x5 their teams
  
  

• Provide the 1000's of undiscovered talent around the world a shot to build something great
  
  

• Some cool initiatives to bridge the gap between the two that we'll announce later this year

We're just getting started :)
